Managing yourself
Self-Direction & Initiative
Nobody is going to tell you every step, and that's your chance. Learners set their own goals, start without being told and hold themselves accountable.
Core tool
The Own-It Loop
Choose a goal · Set the first step · Start before you feel ready · Check in with yourself · Adjust.
