Working with others

Find Your People

Lots of young people feel lonely, even when they're always online, and making friends is a skill anyone can practice. Learners practice starting conversations, joining in, keeping friendships strong and repairing them when things go wrong.

4 sessions · adapts to all four learner tiers (K–college)

Core tool

The Friendship Loop

Show up (go where people are) · Start small (a question or a compliment) · Follow up (remember something and come back to it) · Repair (own it when things go wrong).

Before you start: quick self-check

Rate each line from 1 (not yet) to 5 (definitely) before session 1, then again after your Real-World Rep.
